Lee has been working as a remedial massage therapist for 5 years now, and as an exercise physiologist for nearly 3 years, accredited through the Australian Association for Exercise and Sport Science. He studied in Lismore, Northern NSW, at Southern Cross University completing to a high standard a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Nutrition. He followed up my degree with further study in Tactile Therapies - including massage. Lee is proficient in relaxation, remedial, sports, lymphatic and pregnancy massage. His exercise physiology background allows him to bring another level to my massage treatments by providing specialised exercises to my clients. Specifically providing and instructing clients with exercises designed to facilitate healing, ultimately leading to muscloskeletal rehabilitation.

My passion lies in client education. I aim, through my treatments to promote healing, by helping clients to develop a higher level of self-awareness. I use my skills as a massage therapist and exercise physiologist to bring any issues to light. Helping clients overcome pain and discomfort through massage and education, I believe I can have a positive impact in many people’s lives, and there is nothing more satisfying than helping people achieve these goals.
